ZETA Symposium 2020 canceled due to mounting Coronavirus concern!
The Coronavirus has been top headline news around the world for weeks now. Worries about the spread of COVID-19, the disease it causes, has led many companies to take special measures to protect their employees. Travelling to events with numerous international participants is also of great concern for ZETA and its business partners.
The ZETA Symposium planned for March 2 - 4, 2020 with the aim of bringing together 150 top international participants to inform and discuss technical developments, new strategies and future-oriented trends for the booming biopharmaceutical industry has been cancelled. This measure is due not least to the increasingly restrictive travel rules now affecting participating companies, which made it a necessity for the ZETA Management to cancel this major fully booked event on 27 February, only five days before it was due to begin.
The health and well-being of the participants, our business partners, sponsors and employees is the first priority for ZETA.
The risk will not be taken of contributing to a spread of the virus, although disappointment is great about the loss of an event that has been very eagerly awaited.
Our focus is already on next year, however: the ZETA Symposium 2021 will be the international meeting place for the experts and visionaries in our industry once again with an outstanding program!
