The pharmaceutical and biotech industries are facing significant challenges and this situation will continue towards 2025. Many traditional pharmaceutical technologies will reach their limits, but there are new technologies that we can start using today to build the plant of the future.
From 6th to the 8th of March 2018, the ZETA Symposium took place at Schloss Seggau near Graz, Austria (www.seggau.com). The event has been an excellent platform for stakeholders and experts connected to the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. A chance to carry on discussions and exchange ideas on relevant research and real industrial practice. The program included stimulating talks on new trends in pharma, and on how they will impact pharmaceutical technology and the plant of the future.
