Integrated Delivery
When it comes to integrated delivery for a process plant, ZETA can tackle all aspects across all project phases. ZETA combines its engineering expertise with its capabilities as a project delivery company to offer comprehensive design & build solutions.
Early Support
ZETA redefines traditional engineering by integrating deep process expertise. We support the scale-up and development of processes from lab to production, delivering facilities that meet all technological, operational, and business requirements with efficient, purpose-driven design.
Delivery Models
ZETA has extensive experience in various delivery models, including options with or without a feasibility study, followed by the canonical engineering phases (Conceptual Design, Basic Design, Detailed Design). From FEL 1 to FEL 4, full EPCM or EPC, all is possible.
Full Delivery
ZETA transforms design concepts into turnkey Design & Build projects, delivering fully operational process plants. We manage procurement, develop software, and assemble components in-house, enabling comprehensive dynamic testing. The plant is then transferred to the site, where we perform or supervise installation and conduct SAT. We also support CQV activities – including PQ, cleaning validation, and PPQ – and provide ongoing operational support.
LOBA biotech
“With ZETA, we contracted a highly competent and experienced EPCM partner, who managed the tech transfer of the production process, the production facility for PEG interferon alfa 2a, the planning of the high-tech production infrastructure, the coordination of all project partners involved, the implementation at the Fischamend site, and the market readiness of the new Loba biotech infrastructure in only 25 months. A sensational achievement, considering the high complexity of the StartUp project, the extremely short project lead time and the extension of the original order scope.”
