ZETA is a global pioneer in hybrid biopharma systems, seamlessly integrating stainless-steel and single-use technologies. In a landmark project with a Swiss customer, ZETA delivered a fully customized automation solution for four single-use bioreactors – later mirrored in a second production line. The result: exceptional flexibility, performance stability, and scalable bioprocessing.

Since 2015, ZETA has delivered a fully automated, modular pilot plant for plasma processing – featuring 24 mobile units and 19 smart docking stations. The system enables 24/7 operation, error-free docking, and seamless recognition of each unit’s function and status. Ongoing upgrades and simulation support ensure long-term flexibility and performance.

What began as a simple energy monitoring setup evolved into a full-scale Facility Management System for a CDMO on the U.S. northwest coast. As the site expanded, ZETA’s solution grew with it, integrating utilities, control logic, and automation to support long-term operational growth and efficiency.

As part of a major expansion in Germany, ZETA automated both stainless-steel and single-use systems for injectable and infusion drug production. The integration into a unified Siemens PCS 7 platform ensured seamless operation, GMP compliance, and maximum flexibility.
