Implementation for a development-based EPCM project

A global pharmaceutical company approached ZETA with a significant challenge. The goal was to implement a major development-based EPCM project in Vienna, Austria, in just 24 months. ZETA accepted the challenge and took ownership of meeting the tight timeline to the customer’s satisfaction.

A project lead time of only 24 months for such a complex, large-scale project is half the delivery time usually allocated!

Of course, a project of such dimensions posed a number of challenges for the ZETA experts across the many disciplines involved, including the automation team.
