The construction of the 6-floor building began in January 2019 and took only one year. 5500 square metres of modern offices, meeting and social rooms, plus a restaurant with its own kitchen where fresh food is prepared every day, were developed for 250 employees.

The ZETA Management is convinced that a good working environment has a positive influence on the planning and project work of the company. With its open design, the IZZ provides optimum conditions for cooperation in interdisciplinary teams and also supports the networking aspect of project work.

The company’s affinity for high tech is reflected in the technical equipment: all meeting rooms are well appointed with state-of-the-art communication and conference tools.
“Our staff are the most important factor for our success”, says Alfred Marchler, Managing Director of ZETA GmbH in charge of production and technology and continues: “Many of our employees spend a lot of time on construction sites, meeting customers around the world or attending international trade shows. This is due to the global nature of our business and it is also the reason why we find it so important to offer each member of our staff a dedicated work place that is assigned to them. This may not be in line with the current efficiency-oriented work place models, but it is important for us to make sure that each member of our workforce has a home base to come back to.”
The social rooms, kitchens and common areas are centrally located on each floor and also offer plenty of space for communication. Employees feel particularly comfortable in the bright, spacious restaurant on the ground floor. “A healthy workforce is extremely important to us, and high-quality food prepared fresh in our own kitchen is an essential contribution to promoting health at work. The restaurant seats 120 people and is a popular meeting place for professional exchange or simply for having a good time over a good meal”, explains Josef Maier, Managing Director of ZETA GmbH with responsibility for finances.
