The Smart Maintenance Navigator (SMN) was developed based on the needs of leading pharmaceutical companies and ensures sustainable optimization of the maintenance process on mobile devices - tablets, smartphones or wearables. As a virtual assistant, it links all relevant information for maintenance intervals with system data and guides the maintenance personnel through the system in a targeted manner in order to be able to carry out maintenance activities efficiently.
