In 2016, ZETA established the department Project Development, which comprises 15 experienced biotechnologists and process engineers from various fields within the biotech industry.
Initial point of contact for technical matters
As the initial point of contact for technical matters between ZETA and potential customers, Project Development's main goal is to establish a shared understanding with the customer regarding the project's content, scope, interfaces, and execution strategy.
