ZETA, a leading provider of end-to-end solutions for the biopharma and pharma industry, has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in INOSIM Software GmbH, a German company that specializes in software solutions for the optimization of production processes.
The ZETA Group announced that it has fully acquired SIGMA Process & Automation GmbH. The name and brand SIGMA will remain unchanged, ensuring the same high quality and reliability in process automation services for customers worldwide.
ZETA announces the acquisition of shares in the engineering expert CB Consultancy. As part of this agreement, ZETA acquired a 20% share in CB Consultancy, the deal has been closed by July 14, 2023.
