The training and further education of all employees is a core concern of ours. Only in this way can ZETA, as a team, achieve the best possible results for our customers. Our own ZETA Wiki, "Albert", was set up through our learning management system for this purpose, and is available to our employees, providing advice and action on a variety of topics.

Your start at ZETA

Our most important concern is that you feel WELCOME at ZETA. In our onboarding program, we will familiarize you with the most important things you need to know about ZETA, which will then make it easier for you to get started in your new job.

Welcoming new employees is a celebration for us! At your welcoming, you will receive the schedule for your very first day at ZETA and a lot of information about the company. The safety instructions form the basis for healthy, safe cooperative work and are adapted to the location. It all starts in your specialist department as soon as you have picked up your work equipment.

Lifelong learning is very important at ZETA! ATHENA, our extensive ZETA Learn Management System, is waiting for you! On the very first day, you will receive an individually tailored program that will help you settle into the ZETA world.

Albert-ZETA Wiki: comprehensive collection of technical terms, internal process flows and more.

Under the motto “Progress is based on the exchange of knowledge”, you will find a comprehensive collection of technical terms, internal process flows, things worth knowing about projects and customers in our ZETA Wiki called ALBERT. The ZETA Wiki is based on contributions from the team and grows with every day!

We learn from and with each other at ZETA! The first feedback interview with your supervisor gives you the opportunity to exchange ideas after just one month. An open culture of discussion is the basis for satisfied and appreciative cooperation.
