For a customer in Austria, ZETA has been doing the maintenance on a production plant for crude and pure concentrate, including the associated media system. This included setting up an interface to the customer's own ERP system. Orders are sent to ZETA automatically and the (paper-free) documentation is also uploaded into the system. The maintenance is done during normal operations, and the scope of the work in each case is decided based on pre-defined operational parameters. ZETA staff also provide the customer with continuous support for system improvements.
